Unwrapping Presence:
A Holiday Workshop for the Self
Thursday, December 4, 6-8pm
Wednesday, December 10, 6-8pm
Workshop Overview:
Join us for a gentle evening of reflection and restoration as we explore boundaries, self-care, and compassion during the holiday season. This workshop draws from developmental, trauma-informed, and parts-based frameworks to help you reconnect with your calm, curious, and compassionate self.
The holidays can awaken old family dynamics, expectations, and patterns of over-giving or self-abandonment. Together, we’ll explore how to stay grounded in your wise adult self and care for the parts of you that need attention, rest, or reassurance.
You’ll Explore:
Which parts of you take the lead during the holidays — and which you want leading instead.
How boundaries are acts of self-worth and self-love.
How to meet each part of yourself with compassion and understanding.
Practical tools for staying present, embodied, and connected through the season.
